- As the business expands, Suruga ya(A-too Co., Ltd.) is seeking a manager of the design department.
We will appoint you to handle the management of the personnel of the relevant departments and provide suggestions for improvement to further develop Surugaya.
In addition, because we will set up a new design department in the Tokyo branch, you will be able to be active here as a start-up member.

- ■ You will be responsible for the overall management of the design section.
・ Section staff management (schedule / quality control, training)
・ Team building
・ Branding measures
・ Effectiveness / efficiency improvement proposal
・ Recruitment measures
・ Development of new clients - Necessary skills and experience
- ■ Over 15 years of work experience as a designer (graphic web).
・ Coding knowledge using HTML / CSS
・ Site design experience by CMS
・ SEO / SEM
・ JavaScript, PHP basic knowledge
・ Basic knowledge of SNS paid advertising (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
・ Site analysis experience with Google Analytics
・ Practical experience using Illustrator and Photoshop
■ Experience as a group leader of 10 or more people.
■ Negotiation work with in-house, client, and outsourcing.
■ Human resources development experience.
■Foreign nationality: Japanese ability N1 level - Welcomed skills and experience
- ■ Art director experience.
■ Experience in branding measures.
■ EC site management experience.
■ Recruiting work experience.
■ Experience in managerial positions (regardless of position).

- Monthly salary of 460,000 yen or more (including job/post allowance)
*depends on prior experience.
* Includes fixed overtime hours according to grade.
* Monthly salary of 460,000 yen or more for 6 months of trial period (after the trial period ends, salary will be decided according to our company's regulations) - Location
